At the beginning, Asayama Tadahiko established 5 companies as the foundation of AFC, namely AFC-HD AMS Life Science Co., Ltd as HQ & International Department of Supplement & Food Production, AFC as the main brand, NYK - Nihon Preventine Medical Laboratory Co., Ltd as a place of research and development, then there is Kenko TV Cp., Ltd, a television network in Japan that is used to advertise and promote AFC products, and Honzo Pharmaceutical Herbal Medicine which has been established since 1831.

Pada awal mula, Asayama Tadahiko mendirikan 5 perusahaan sebagai fondasi AFC, yaitu AFC-HD AMS Life Science Co., Ltd sebagai HQ & International Departement Produksi Supplement & Makanan, AFC sebagai brand utama, NYK - Nihon Preventine Medical Laboratory Co., Ltd sebagai tempat research dan pengembangan, kemudian ada Kenko TV Cp., Ltd, sebuah jaringan televisi di Jepang yang dipakai untuk iklan dan mempromosikan produk AFC, dan Honzo Pharmacutical Herbal Medicine yang sudah berdiri sejak tahun 1831.
